Our thick, bakery-style gluten-free chocolate chip cookie is filled with a generous core of chocolate hazelnut spread.
Crisp at the edges and soft and gooey in the centre, it’s packed with melty chocolate chunks in every bite.
My daughter, Lilly, baked the very first batch — and they were so good we had to add them to the menu. They’ve quickly become one of our most indulgent favourites.
Best enjoyed slightly warm for that irresistible molten middle.
