Hi, I’m Tasha, a home baker based in Iwade, near Sittingbourne.

All of my bakes are 100% gluten free, lovingly made in my kitchen with people like my daughter Lilly in mind.

A little about how it all began… around two years ago, Lilly (who’s now 9) was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease. Overnight, our family had to rethink the way we approached food—especially the sweet treats children (and grown-ups!) love. I didn’t want her to miss out on the joy of sharing brownies, cakes, and all the little indulgences most people take for granted.

What started as a personal mission turned into a passion and, eventually, a business I launched while on maternity leave. It gave me the freedom to be at home with my two children, watch them grow, and at the same time share my love of baking with others who need (or choose) to live gluten free.

Whether it’s a fudgy brownie, a whole traybake or a simple sweet treat, my goal is always the same: to create bakes that taste every bit as delicious as their non-gluten-free counterparts—so no one has to feel left out.
